🤦🏻‍♂️Another amazing example of why a bunch of bought followers doesn’t make you a knowledgeable fitness professional.

Just when I thought @ryan_spiteri could not get any worse.

He completely surprises me with this atrocity.😑😑😑

1) Zero scapular stabilization

2) Generating momentum because scaps are not locked and stabilized

3) Angle of hand drive is all over the place.

4) Has the bench facing the wrong way.

5) Has the angle of the bench the wrong way.

**Thusly his rear delts are non existent and frankly embarrassing.

Clip:2

1) Bench at 70 degree angle putting rear delt in shortened state.

2) Shoulders rolled back stabilizing scaps enduring I isolate the posterior deltoids.

3) First performing finish high rear delt fly with pronated grip.

4) Then easily move into traditional rear delt cable fly, which ryan was pathetically trying to do, except again I am stabilized and isolated.

5) With a simple twist of the hands I can now move into a metal delt fly.

6) You guys want to follow true professionals, people that really study the science, not bullshitter fake pro card having fitness scammers with garbage physiques.
