Your new best friend for fat loss
The most effective form of HIIT cardio you can do indoors.
The inclined Deadmill walk/sprint/walk. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
Turn the treadmill on, jack the incline up to 8-10%, then turn that fucker off.
Grab hold of the bars in front of you or the digital board and using nothing but leg drive do a 20 second walk, then ramp up into a max intensity 10 second sprint, followed by another 20 second walk.
So you should be able to get in 2 sprints per 60 seconds.
16 sprints over 8 minutes. (8×2=16๐Ÿ™„)
Beginners your goal should be 5 uninterrupted minutes every other day week one. Each week add a minute until you can do 12 minutes nonstop. You’re fucking welcome.
