Naan bread crust

Can of crushed tomatoes

Low fat mozzarella

Grilled chicken breast chopped into small pieces

Toscano Salame chopped into small chunks

Lil olive oil

Crushed red pepper

Preheat oven to 425. Drizzle olive oil very sparingly onto naan bread. Spread lightly crushed tomatoes evenly across naan bread. Season with a little salt and pepper. Crushed red pepper for some kick. Sprinkle on shredded mozzarella. Place on the chopped chicken and salame. Cook for 10-12 minutes or for a little longer if you like it crispy.
