Elbow pain from tricep work??

•So many of you guys have been writing my saying how much elbow and wrist pain you have when doing tricep push downs, skull crushers and close grip bench presses.

•Instead of using a pronated grip as you see me using at the very beginning of this video, switch to a neutral grip.

•Save yourself years of elbow and wrist pain but also a greater tricep contraction in my opinion.
