Cardio Myth
Saying that you do the stair master for 45 mins everyday to make your butt bigger just baffles me…
It is the equivalent to me handing you a 1/2 pound dumbbell and telling you to curl it for 45 minutes everyday. Do you think your bicep would grow or shrink?? Lol
Your bicep, due to the constant minimal tension and high volume would break down to nothing…
The only way to grow or even preserve your booty when doing cardio is either 1) cardio with weights. ie high volume squats with minimal rest periods (HIRT) training example 10×10 barbell squats with .45 rest or 2) a type of cardio that in no way stimulates the glutes continuously with minimal tension such as recumbent bike, jumping rope 3) plyometric or hiit training..
