30 Minute HIIT Sprint Workout

1) 800 meter slow jog for warmup . 2) 10×20 yard sprints (15 seconds rest) . 3) 10×40 yard sprints (30 seconds rest) . 4) 6×70 yard sprints (40 seconds rest) . 5) 4×100 yard sprints (60 seconds rest) . 6) 800 meter slow jog as cool down
