Indoor HIIT/Workout
This is an indoor HIIT workout anyone can do. On rainy days I do this in my garage. 20 mins and it’s an incredible fat burn.
1)15 squat jumps (land in squat to protect knees)
30 seconds rest, 4 sets.
2) 20 lunge jumps (30 seconds rest, 4 sets)
3) 100 jumping jacks (2 sets)
4) 15 down ups (3 sets)
