OUTDOOR SLED/HIIT WORKOUT!!
1) Active warm up 10×50 yard sprints (jog back as rest)
2) Single sled hit and drive. (Drive from low hand position on pad, flat back bending at legs not the waist. Drive all out for 10 yards, then sprint 40, slow jog back. Minute rest between each rep. 15 reps
3) Same thing but 20 yard drive, then sprint 20. Minute rest. 10 reps
4) Go puke and eat a house!!!
