Struggling With Nutrition Blog
I will 100% admit I struggle at times with eating healthy. There are days where I do not feel like training. Where my motivation dips. Anyone who leads you to believe they do not also face these speed bumps and they are somehow superior is a liar. The point is that you are not supposed to eat perfect everyday of the year, or even make it your goal. You are not going to feel awesome and motivated for every workout. You will have your good days and your bad. You will make mistakes and you will learn from them. I’ve made 10 lifetimes of mistakes and still learning day by day. Do not ever feel inferior to someone else because they look great in a picture and their life seems all hugs and rainbows on social media. That is all smoke and mirrors, the lie they are trying to sell you on. What is the point of this post? I am not sure. I guess I don’t want all of you reading to feel like you are less of a person because you struggle with nutrition, training or simple day to day activities. WE ALL STRUGGLE. Life is a constant struggle. Battling the highs and the lows. Do not worry about what others are doing. Or your perception of their life.
Measure yourself against who you were yesterday. That is truly the only intrinsic motivation there is. It requires no external input at all and is as objective as possible because when you look in the mirror, when it is only you staring back at you with no praise and no haters coming from anywhere else, only you can judge how far you’ve come
