Lean Muscle Builder Shake

You guys constantly ask how I am able to so easily fit the calories I need into my day and how I do it through a more than 70% liquid diet.. Well below is a sample of one of the 3-4 shakes I make throughout the day..

Here ya go:
4 packets of oats
3 servings of almond butter
2 servings of protein powder

One serving:
1 packet oats is (100 Cals- 20 grams carbs, 2g fat, 4g protein)

2 tbsp almond butter (190 Cals- 16g fat, 7g carb, 6g protein)

1 scoop protein powder (130 Cals- 25g protein, 5g carbs, 1 gram fat)

Total per shake:
400+570+260= 1230 calories
