•Dive bombers
•Plank jacks
*Dive bombers: On all fours, with your butt in the air and your head down, with control, move your body leading with your head towards the ground, then lifting your head up to the ceiling, without letting your legs touching the ground. Reverse the movement and that is one rep.
*Plank jacks : In the plank position, rest on your forearms with your elbows down. Jump your legs out and back in.
