1) 800 meter slow jog for warmup

2) 10×20 yard sprints (15 seconds rest)

3) 10×40 yard sprints (30 seconds rest)

4) 6×70 yard sprints (40 seconds rest)

5) 14×100 yard sprints (60 seconds rest)

6) 800 meter slow jog as cool down
