Super Simple Muscle Chicken Breasts

 It is no secret that you cannot just cut carbs and eat lean meat and expect to lose bodyfat and gain muscle. You have to get large doses of good fats. YOU HAVE TO GET GOOD FATS BOYS AND GIRLS!!! Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Essential for so many functions in the body.

Ingredients

  4 organic chicken breasts

  reduced fat olive oil mayonaise

  lemon pepper

  bag of baby spinach

Directions;

Preheat oven to 375. Pound the chicken breasts thin. Coat both sides with the olive oil mayonaise generously. Sprinkle the lemon pepper on the top of the chicken. Cook for 23-28 minutes. Cut into thickest chicken breast to see if white all the way through to ensure its cooked. Serve with a big baby spinach side salad with oil an vinegar dressing. Tastes awesome!!!!!!
