Row machine HIIT

1) ROW machine workout
– Row 300 meters in under 60 seconds.
– Women do 200 meters

– If you complete in under 60 seconds you get a 60 second rest.

– If you do not complete in 60 seconds you have to keep rowing at moderate speed (100 m/ minute) for your 60 seconds of rest.

You will do 12 minutes total!!
