Protein Peanut Butter ice Cream

- 1 Peanut Butter Supreme Quest Bar®
- 1 scoop Quest® Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- 1⁄ 2 scoop Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1 scoop Quest® Coconut Oil Powder
- 2 cups 1% milk
- 1⁄ 2 cup zero-calorie sweetener
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon low-salt peanuts, crushed
PREP: 10MIN COOK: 20MIN
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Break the Peanut Butter Supreme Quest Bar®into small pea-sized pieces.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden and slightly crisp.
- Remove to cool.
- In a blender, combine the Quest® Peanut Butter Protein Powder, Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder, Quest® Coconut Oil Powder, milk, zero-calorie sweetener, and peanut butter.
- Blend for 30 seconds.
- Drop in the peanuts, peanut butter cup pieces, and cooled Quest Bar® pieces, and stir.
- Pour into an ice cream maker, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Ice cream should be ready in about 20 minutes.
