Muscle Tilapia

Simple variation to cookign boring tilapia. Tilapia does not provide any essential fatty acids like salmon does. Our body’s need the monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats for so many bodily functions including healthy skin, hair, losing fat and gaining muscle

  4 pieces of tilapia

  low fat, olive oil mayonaise

  lemon pepper

-preheat oven to 350

– Cover baking pan with tin foil and non stick spray. Coat each side of the fish with low fat olive oil mayonaise. cover the Top side of the fish with lemon pepper. Cook for 20-24 mins. serve with steamed asparagus or broccoli
