Nice little 12 minute muscle building cardio HIIT session at the end of my lift.
*My first 20 or so magazine covers I did this at the end of every workout 5x a week. Got shredded on 700+ grams of carbs/ day.
**12 rounds/ zero rest
•Squat 12×12 reps
•Stability ball leg lift 12×12
•Clap push-ups 12×12
**It is 12 fucking minutes, you can survive anything for 12 minutes.
*Put about 50% of your 1RM on the bar for squats
