50 yards walking lunge
30 body weight squats
50 yards walking lunge back to start
* 45 seconds rest, 4 sets
3)
12 high jump squats
25 yards walking lunge
10 high jump squats
25 yards walking lunge
8 high jump squats
25 yards walking lunge
6 high jump squats
25 yards walking lunge
** 45 seconds rest, repeat

4)
10×40 yard sprints
*25 seconds rest
