Easy little Sunday HIIT workout for anyone feeling frisky 😈

 ** .20 rest between each full set

1) Active warmup
 – 1 minute jump rope
– 30 body weight squats (4 sets)

– 45 second jump rope
– 30 meter walking lunge
(4 sets)

3) πŸ°πŸ°πŸ°πŸ°πŸ™Š
– Double spins jump rope 20 seconds
– 10 squat jumps (4 sets)

10 jump squats
lunge walk 20 meters
8 jump squats
lunge walk 20 meters
6 jump squats
lunge walk 20 meters
4 jump squats
lunge walk 20 meters
2 jump squats
