(Intermediate/novice level)
•1) 10 high squat jumps, jog it out 30 yards, lunge walk back to start (6 sets)
•2) Frog jumps for 25 yards, drop to ground, 20 crunches, jog back to start (6 sets)
•3) 8×40 yard sprints (.25 rest)
•4) 8×60 yard sprints (.35 rest)
•5) 6×80 yard sprints (.45 rest)
•6) 6×100 yard sprints (.55 rest)
