Weak Body Part

Fitness tip of the day: If you have a weak body part which we all have, particularly a small muscle group such as arms or shoulders try working them on the same day you train a larger muscle group that involves compound movements such as squats or deadlifts. After my 4th shoulder surgery I started adding in a compromised shoulder workout on my heavy squat days. I saw noticeable improvements even from pre surgery due to the increased hormone release from the compound movements.
