– active stretch – 10×30 yard sprints at 80%

– active stretch .

2) 16×110 yard sprints for time.

Athletes (15 seconds or less)

Non athletes (18 seconds or less)

(40 seconds rest between each sprint)

3) cool down 800 meter jog .
