“SUPER SQUAT CHALLENGE”

THIS IS NOT FOR LIBERALS WHO LACK TESTICLES!!

I call this “The how to lose friends Squat Challenge”

Tag TWO friends to video themselves attempting the squat challenge.

How it works:

1) Regular Squat 8 sets of 2 reps (70% of your 2 rep max)

2) Superset with a heels elevated smith machine squat (8 sets of 20 reps)

✳️ After you complete one superset. You get 60 seconds rest. You will do this 8 times!

So I did 585 for 8 sets of 2

Then 225 elevated squat for 8×20
