Muscle Building Tip

Having a hard time building lean muscle? Consume liquid carbs around your training session. I consume 1/4 of my body weight in liquid carbs pre workout and then again post workout along with whey protein and 5 grams of creatine. Why liquid? They absorb faster and easier into the body. Eating food before a workout is never a good idea. Digestion uses a ton of energy making you tired, reduces blood file and subsequent pump. What type of liquid calories? I use a simple powdered weight gainer. No women don’t get all scared of the words weight gainer. It’s just a term used for liquid carbs and protein. Simple. If you are eating 200 grams of carbs daily on your nutrition plan simply make 20 of those grams before your workout and another 20 after. Remember at the end of the day it’s the total number of the macros consumed. So u can absolutely still lose bodyfat while building lean muscle staying within your numbers and using a liquid carb around your workout.
