•Clip 1: This isn’t a kickback, it’s actually a bicep curl . We live on a place called earth that has this thing called gravity. All I’m doing here is letting gravity pull the dumbbell down to the earth then curling it up 🤦🏻♂️
•Clip 2: Better. elbow elevated to hand, now fighting against gravity to create tension on the concentric and eccentric movements.
•Clip 3: Best. Constant tension throughout the entire ROM. Cable allows for a smooth, controlled peak contraction which is often lost with free weights.
