1) 5×20 leg extensions (.45 rest)
2) Barbell squats with bodyweight on bar, 10 sets of 12 (.30 rest)
3) Deadlift: 8 sets of 5 reps with 2x bodyweight (.60 rest)
4) Inclined bench press 10 sets of 10 with bodyweight on bar (.45 rest)
5) Barbell bent rows (underhand grip) 8 sets of 8 with bodyweight on bar (.45 rest) superset 10 clap push-ups between each set
6) Flat bench dumbbell press: 10 sets 10 reps. Complete all 100 reps in under 10 minutes
7) Go throw up if you haven’t already
8) Get Krispy Kreme donuts
9) Throw up in car
10) Clean car
11) Go back for more donuts
