What’s a gluto deadlift? It’s a sumo style deadlift but focusing on glute activation.
Cues:
•feet wide
•toes turned out
•bar by shins
•squat bar up and down with chest up, chin up
•think drive heels into ground
•then pinch glutes as you drive heels
•don’t let weight touch floor. Stop short
