Foam Rolling
Foam rolling: Aids in growth not just recovery. Many of you guys and gals are my website members and know how absurd our daily workouts are. Foam rolling after every workout is crucial if you want to live any semblance of a normal existence lol. Foam rolling also smooths out the muscle adhesions we develop from weight training. Smoothing out those adhesions is crucial to allow the muscle to expand. I can tell you 100% from personal experience, once I started foam rolling and seeing specialists like @jimmy_bluff I saw immediate changes in both the size, separation and vascularity in my muscles. Everyone of you should be foam rolling everyday for 10-15 minutes!!
