Chest Soreness
Ok so very common question is how to alleviate chest soreness after a brutal workout. ESP like the one on the website this week.
Everyone of you should be foam rolling your chest for 10 minutes post workout.
Roll both pecs, then angle body and roll one pec from the outside in, then the other. Keep repeating. Foam rolling not only helps you recover faster but it increases growth.
When we lift our muscles form little knots called adhesions. These adhesions stick together and limit growth. Foam rolling smooths out the adhesions allowing the muscle to essentially breathe and expand.
Foam roll your body everyday at least once a day. I do it at home before bed. They are like $10 at target. Go get one!!
