Cardio Tip

Do your cardio if you do cardio before your lift. Keep it short but intense. 12-15 mins max. It will serve as a warm up and get you sweating and ready to roll into your lift at full speed. Almost all of us take the exact same amount of time getting the body warmed up and loose when we lift. That is wasted sets to me. You won’t be exhausted from 12 mins of HIIT cardio. You will be firing on all cylinders as you begin your lift. On a side note if you have energy to do cardio after your lift then you didn’t work hard enough. Plain and simple. Leave it all in the gym floor. Then get the fuck out and refuel and go about your day…
