At Home Lower Body Workout

(Group 1)

Mini Band Mad House! 

40 seconds on 20 seconds rest of each! 

1. Make sure you keep your hips on the ground and pull the band apart the entire time! 

2. Keep your back flat keep your core tight! 

3. Try to keep your top leg off the ground the whole time and keep tension on the band 

4. Go as fast as possible and keep your knees up as high as possible 

5. Alternate knees to the out side of your elbows 

3-5 rounds!

Mini Band Massacre! 

60 seconds of each movement with 20 seconds rest! 

3-5 ROUNDS!
